Expert in multidimensional coaching
As an Olympian and World Champion, Fabien learned to manage extreme levels of stress both physically and mentally, and had to develop efficient strategies to perform and achieve top results for 15 years.
After he retired from racing he became a personal trainer. Then certified as a professional life coach and studied and practiced energy medicine and quantum energy work for years.
Fabien considers his sport career and his work in the health and wellness industry as spiritual initiations about the multi-facets of Self and the reconnection of all levels: body, mind, emotions and spirit.
